أعربت الولايات المتحدة، اليوم الاثنين، عن “قلقها العميق” إزاء حل الرئيس التونسي قيس سعيد المجلس الأعلى للقضاء.
وجاء ذلك على لسان الناطق باسم وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية، نيد برايس.
وأوضح برايس في حديثه للصحفيين أن “القضاء المستقل يعتبر عنصرا جوهريا لأي ديمقراطية فعالة وشفافة”.
وكان سعيد أعلن الأحد حل المجلس الأعلى للقضاء، معتبرا أن هذه الهيئة القضائية العليا تخدم أطرافا معينة بعيدا عن الصالح العام.
